Privacy Policy

How Futiva collects, uses, shares, retains and deletes information.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Futiva, a Roey Studio product. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@futiva.app.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use Futiva, we may process:

  • Account and authentication data: email address, authentication provider identifiers, anonymous/guest account identifiers, and account status.
  • Profile data: information you choose to provide, such as a display name or profile image where those features are available.
  • Gameplay data: game mode participation, squads or selections, match state and results, rankings, rewards, XP, virtual currency/tickets, friend relationships and match invitations.
  • Support data: messages and information you send when requesting assistance.
  • Technical and security data: limited service, authentication, timing and diagnostic information generated as needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot Futiva.
  • Notification data: if notification features are enabled, a device push token and related delivery information may be processed to deliver notifications.

3. Why we use data

  • create and secure accounts and sessions;
  • provide multiplayer, friend, ranking, reward and gameplay features;
  • send transactional messages such as password-reset emails;
  • prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized access;
  • respond to support requests and diagnose technical problems;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share or make data available to service providers only as needed to operate Futiva, including infrastructure/authentication providers such as Supabase, sign-in providers such as Google or Apple when you choose them, transactional email providers such as Resend, app-store/platform providers, and hosting/security providers. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Advertising

Futiva does not currently sell personal data or use personal data for third-party targeted advertising. If this changes, this policy and any required consent flows will be updated before such processing begins.

6. Retention

We retain account data for as long as the account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service. When an account is deleted, account-linked personal data is deleted or irreversibly de-associated unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Temporary backup copies may remain until routine backup rotation completes.

7. Account and data deletion

You can initiate account deletion inside Futiva or use our public Account Deletion page. Deletion is not the same as temporary deactivation. Shared gameplay records may be retained only in a form that is no longer associated with your identity where necessary to preserve game integrity.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and gameplay data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and devices.

9. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual, technical or legal safeguards are used for international data transfers.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact support@futiva.app to make a request.

11. Children

Futiva is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children below the age at which they may lawfully consent to online services in their jurisdiction without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact us.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Futiva evolves or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published at this URL with an updated effective date.

Futiva'yı kullanımına bağlı olarak şu verileri işleyebiliriz:

  • Hesap ve kimlik doğrulama: e-posta adresi, giriş sağlayıcısı kimlikleri, anonim/misafir hesap kimlikleri ve hesap durumu.
  • Profil: ilgili özellikler mevcutsa görünen ad veya profil görseli gibi kendi seçiminle verdiğin bilgiler.
  • Oyun verileri: oyun modu katılımı, kadro/seçimler, maç durumu ve sonuçları, sıralama, ödüller, XP, sanal para/biletler, arkadaş ilişkileri ve maç davetleri.
  • Destek: yardım isterken bize gönderdiğin mesaj ve bilgiler.
  • Teknik ve güvenlik: Futiva'yı çalıştırmak, korumak ve sorun gidermek için gerektiğinde üretilen sınırlı hizmet, kimlik doğrulama, zamanlama ve tanılama bilgileri.
  • Bildirim: bildirim özellikleri etkinse bildirim göndermek için cihaz push token'ı ve teslimat bilgileri.

3. Verileri neden kullanıyoruz

  • hesap ve oturum oluşturmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak;
  • çok oyunculu oyun, arkadaş, sıralama, ödül ve oyun özelliklerini sunmak;
  • şifre sıfırlama gibi işlemsel e-postaları göndermek;
  • kötüye kullanım, dolandırıcılık ve yetkisiz erişimi önlemek;
  • destek taleplerini yanıtlamak ve teknik sorunları çözmek;
  • uygulanabilir yasal yükümlülüklere uymak.

4. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve paylaşım

Kişisel verileri satmıyoruz. Futiva'yı çalıştırmak için gerekli olduğu ölçüde Supabase gibi altyapı/kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcıları, seçtiğinde Google veya Apple gibi giriş sağlayıcıları, Resend gibi işlemsel e-posta sağlayıcıları, uygulama mağazaları/platformlar ve hosting/güvenlik sağlayıcılarıyla veri paylaşılabilir. Bu sağlayıcılar kendi şartları ve uygulanabilir veri koruma yükümlülükleri kapsamında işlem yapar.

Ayrıca kanunen zorunlu olması, kullanıcıları veya hizmeti korumak ya da uygun güvenceler altında meşru bir şirket işlemi kapsamında bilgi açıklanabilir.

5. Reklam

Futiva şu anda kişisel verileri satmaz ve kişisel verileri üçüncü taraf hedefli reklamcılık için kullanmaz. Bu durum değişirse ilgili işlem başlamadan önce bu politika ve gerekli izin akışları güncellenir.

6. Saklama

Hesap verilerini hesap aktif olduğu sürece ve hizmeti sunmak/güvence altına almak için makul olarak gerektiği kadar saklarız. Hesap silindiğinde hesapla bağlantılı kişisel veriler silinir veya geri döndürülemez biçimde kimlikten ayrıştırılır; yalnız güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, uyuşmazlık çözümü veya yasal zorunluluk nedeniyle sınırlı saklama gerekebilir. Geçici yedek kopyalar rutin yedek dönüşümü tamamlanana kadar kalabilir.

7. Hesap ve veri silme

Hesap silmeyi Futiva içinden başlatabilir veya herkese açık Hesap Silme sayfamızı kullanabilirsin. Hesap silme, geçici devre dışı bırakma değildir. Oyun bütünlüğünü korumak için gerekli olan paylaşımlı maç kayıtları yalnız kimliğinle artık ilişkilendirilemeyecek şekilde anonimleştirilmiş olarak tutulabilir.

8. Güvenlik

Hesap ve oyun verilerini korumaya yönelik makul teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler uygularız. Hiçbir çevrimiçi hizmet mutlak güvenlik garanti edemez; kullanıcıların da giriş bilgilerini ve cihazlarını koruması gerekir.

9. Uluslararası işleme

Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız bilgileri bulunduğun ülkeden farklı ülkelerde işleyebilir. Gerekli olduğunda uluslararası veri aktarımı için uygun sözleşmesel, teknik veya hukuki güvenceler kullanılır.

10. Tercihler ve haklar

Bulunduğun yere göre kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme hakların olabilir. İşlemenin rızaya dayandığı durumlarda rızanı geri çekebilirsin. Talep için support@futiva.app adresine ulaş.

11. Çocuklar

Futiva, bulunduğu ülkede çevrimiçi hizmetlere yasal olarak tek başına rıza veremeyecek yaştaki çocuklardan uygun yetkilendirme olmadan bilerek kişisel veri toplamak için tasarlanmamıştır. Bir çocuğun uygunsuz şekilde kişisel veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan bizimle iletişime geç.

12. Değişiklikler

Futiva geliştikçe veya yasal gereksinimler değiştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. En güncel sürüm, güncellenmiş yürürlük tarihiyle her zaman bu URL'de yayınlanır.

2. Datos que tratamos

Según cómo uses Futiva, podemos tratar:

  • Cuenta y autenticación: correo electrónico, identificadores del proveedor de inicio de sesión, identificadores de cuenta anónima/invitado y estado de la cuenta.
  • Perfil: información que decidas proporcionar, como nombre visible o imagen de perfil cuando esas funciones estén disponibles.
  • Juego: participación en modos, plantillas o selecciones, estado y resultados de partidas, clasificaciones, recompensas, XP, monedas/tickets virtuales, relaciones de amistad e invitaciones.
  • Soporte: mensajes e información enviados al solicitar ayuda.
  • Datos técnicos y de seguridad: información limitada de servicio, autenticación, tiempos y diagnóstico necesaria para operar, proteger y solucionar problemas.
  • Notificaciones: si están habilitadas, token push del dispositivo e información de entrega.

3. Para qué usamos los datos

  • crear y proteger cuentas y sesiones;
  • ofrecer funciones multijugador, amigos, clasificación, recompensas y juego;
  • enviar mensajes transaccionales como correos de restablecimiento de contraseña;
  • prevenir abusos, fraude y acceso no autorizado;
  • atender soporte y diagnosticar problemas;
  • cumplir obligaciones legales aplicables.

4. Proveedores y divulgación

No vendemos datos personales. Podemos compartir o poner datos a disposición de proveedores únicamente cuando sea necesario para operar Futiva, incluidos proveedores de infraestructura/autenticación como Supabase, proveedores de acceso como Google o Apple cuando los elijas, proveedores de correo transaccional como Resend, plataformas/tiendas de aplicaciones y proveedores de hosting/seguridad.

5. Publicidad

Futiva actualmente no vende datos personales ni los utiliza para publicidad dirigida de terceros. Si esto cambia, actualizaremos esta política y los flujos de consentimiento requeridos antes de iniciar dicho tratamiento.

6. Conservación

Conservamos los datos mientras la cuenta esté activa y durante el tiempo razonablemente necesario para prestar y proteger el servicio. Al eliminar una cuenta, los datos personales vinculados se eliminan o se desvinculan de forma irreversible, salvo conservación limitada necesaria por seguridad, prevención del fraude, resolución de disputas o cumplimiento legal. Las copias temporales pueden permanecer hasta completar la rotación normal de backups.

7. Eliminación de cuenta y datos

Puedes iniciar la eliminación dentro de Futiva o utilizar nuestra página pública de Eliminación de cuenta. Eliminar no equivale a desactivar temporalmente. Los registros compartidos de partidas solo podrán conservarse de forma que ya no estén asociados a tu identidad cuando sea necesario para preservar la integridad del juego.

8. Seguridad

Utilizamos medidas técnicas y organizativas razonables para proteger los datos de cuenta y juego. Ningún servicio online puede garantizar seguridad absoluta.

9. Tratamiento internacional

Nuestros proveedores pueden tratar información en países distintos al tuyo. Cuando sea necesario, se aplican salvaguardas contractuales, técnicas o legales apropiadas.

10. Tus derechos

Según tu ubicación, puedes tener derechos de acceso, rectificación, eliminación, limitación u oposición. Puedes retirar el consentimiento cuando el tratamiento se base en él. Contacta con support@futiva.app.

11. Menores

Futiva no está diseñado para recopilar conscientemente datos personales de menores que no puedan consentir legalmente el uso de servicios online en su jurisdicción sin la autorización adecuada. Si crees que un menor ha proporcionado datos de forma indebida, contacta con nosotros.

12. Cambios

Podemos actualizar esta política a medida que evolucione Futiva o cambien los requisitos legales. La versión vigente estará siempre publicada en esta URL con la fecha actualizada.
